- In some cases a tooth will need a large filling that can not be restored with a routine white filling. An impression is taken of the cavity and a "porcelain inlay" made by our technicians. The inlay is bonded into the tooth producing a very strong and aesthetic result.

What is Botox?
Botulinum toxin or Botox® works by relaxing the muscles; preventing wrinkles and works to smooth out lines. Botox® is a safe, purified toxin which can be injected painlessly into the facial muscles in minute quantities allowing relaxation replenishing your natural, more youthful appearance.
How long does Botox last?
Botox typically lasts around 4-6 months. If you do not continue treatments, any moderate or severe wrinkles will gradually return to how they looked prior to treatment.

Botox side effects
Side-effects could include localised pain, infection, inflammation, tenderness, swelling, redness and or bleeding.
Is Botox safe?
Yes, you should however not have Botox® if you have had an allergic reaction to Botox in the past, an allergic reaction to any other botulinum toxin product or have a skin infection in the area that you wish to be treated.
How long does Botox take to work?
Results can be seen after as little as 48 hours and there is no recovery period, bruising or swelling after treatment.
Immediately after your Botox injections you should be able to return to work or go about your daily activities as usual. You may find there is some localised pain or tenderness for a while, but this should soon ease. We also recommend avoiding drinking alcohol for the first 12 hours after treatment as this can exacerbate any bruising effects. You should also avoid activities which may cause the Botox to be displaced, such as yoga, avoiding harsh contact with your face for 24 hours is also recommend, this includes having other facial treatments.
