How long does a smile makeover take?

The length of time it usually takes to complete your smile makeover can vary.

This is because each case is truly unique depending on the oral problems of the patient and what treatment they opt for.

But it is possible for us to do more than one more treatment in a day, which will save you time.

However, other treatments like tooth implants need to be carried out more sequentially.

This will be because the orthodontic work needs to be completed to ensure the correct spacing of the teeth and the roots before the implant is fitted.

Average timings for procedures:

  • Teeth whitening: Can take an hour or less in our dental practice
  • Bonding: Can also be completed within the hour – unless there are multiple teeth involved
  • Dental crowns: Anywhere from one day to one week
  • Veneers: One week to be designed and created in the lab as well as fitted
  • Dental braces: Anywhere from weeks, months to years
